2. Yoga & Piloga classes - Small intimate group sizes. Classes held weekly in Moorabbin. Private one-on-one sessions available.

3. Corporate business services - well-being & fitness workshops and group training sessions.

4. Rejuvenation fitness retreats in Thailand - 7days/7nights to get fit on both the inside & the outside. *Coming soon in 2012.

GETTING STARTED

There are no memberships, joining fees or contracts. All training sessions are by appointment only with one of our qualified fitness trainers.

You can pay casually per session or pre-pay for a block of personal training sessions in advance. The frequency & duration of your exercise program is completely up to you.

Step 2. Your first appointment is complimentary. Including a consultation relating to your health and fitness goals, a fitness assessment, goal setting and nutritional guidance, and a trial personal training session.

Step 3. Congratulations, you now have your own personal trainer. Enjoy the fun, challenge, and empowering experience of achieving your health and fitness goals.  It can be life changing.
