What Is Personal Training?

Personal Training consists of one on one coaching from a qualified personal fitness trainer. Your trainer motivates, educates you & challenges you to train consistently whilst following a tailored fitness and nutritional plan. Your individually tailored fitness & health plan is designed around your wellness goals.

Why is personal training so effective?

Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness and/or weight loss goals. It utilizes the most effective exercise and nutritional strategies whilst simultaneously keep you continuously making progress.

Can anyone do Personal Training?

Yes. All programs are individually tailored around your own level of health and fitness.

What if I have health issues?

Any health issues including injuries require a medical clearance form signed by your doctor/medical practitioner prior to commencing personal training.

How fast can I expect to see results?

The reality is that it depends on how much you want to achieve your goals and what level of commitment you are willing to agree to. In general, if you commit to your training and nutritional plan, you will feel the results immediately and see results after 3-5 weeks of regular training. Naturally the results do differ from individual to individual.

How much weight can I safely lose per week?

If weight loss is your goal, you will have lots of support. Anticipate to expect half to one kilo of weight loss per week, on average. Remember it is the combination of exercise and nutrition that will allow that body that is inside of you to reveal itself. Everyone does lose weight at different speeds.

How often do I need to train with my personal trainer?

This depends on your goals, how quickly you want to achieve your goals, time availability and budget.

In considering your budget, ask yourself how much money you spend of other things. Personal Training is investing money into you for your own wellness and fitness

We recommend 2 sessions per week as a minimum. The frequency is up to you and how quickly you want to reach your goals.

What areas do you service?

Dare2bfit has mobile personal trainers available at various suburbs throughout Melbourne. Our trainers can come to you met at a local park, the beach, your place of work or at your home. We also operate from an indoor fitness center in Moorabbin.

Do I need to have any equipment if I am training with my personal trainer at home?

No. Our trainers supply equipment if any in required at all. You can get amazing results with your own body weight.

Are all of your personal trainers qualified?

Yes. All of our personal trainers are qualified trainers and have their own insurance.
